Route your water treatment chemistry request

Use this page when you need SDS, TDS, product selection, sample, or regulatory support. A useful message includes product name if known, site region, intended application, water data if available, language requirements, and the approval deadline. Kemira can then identify whether the request is best handled as a document pack, technical review, sample conversation, or sales contact.

What to include before a technical reply is possible

Water treatment chemistry requests are more useful when the first message includes the operating context. For corrosion or scale questions, include water analysis, operating temperature, metallurgy, current treatment program, and the performance issue being measured. For clarification or flocculation questions, include solids profile, turbidity goals, jar test history, and sludge handling constraints. For membrane pretreatment, include feedwater analysis, membrane type, recovery target, cleaning history, and failure symptoms.

For document requests, identify the legal entity, region, language, product name, and whether your team needs SDS, TDS, regulatory statement, food-contact adjacency, transport information, or supplier conduct material. For sample requests, include trial scale, target date, storage constraints, and who will evaluate performance. Kemira uses this information to reduce repeated follow-up and to avoid sending a file or product suggestion that cannot support the real approval decision.
